Ella
Carlton Moore. She was born in Philadelphia PA, September 9, 1843, and died in
Stockholm, Sweden, March 30, 1892 On November 10, 1864 she married Count Carl Gustaf von Rosen, Captain-Lieutenant, Swedish Navy, the ceremony being performed by the Rev. Edward Jessup, Rector of the Church of the Redeemer, Brooklyn, N.Y., in the residence of Bloomfield H. Moore. Count von Rosen was promoted to Commander-Captain 2nd grade, in 1866, Commander-Captain 1st grade in 1875. In 1873 Count von Rosen was appointed Lord Chamberlain to H.M. the King of Sweden. He was born in Karlskrona, Sweden, August 15, 1824, and died in Stockholm, Sweden, January 1, 1909.

Clarence Bloomfield
Moore. He was born in Philadelphia January 14, 1852 and died in St. Petersburg,
FL, on March 24, 1936, unmarried. He received his B.A. from Harvard University in 1873
and, in 1876. He traveled across South America, over the Andes and down the Amazon.
Clarence B. Moore was an expert
in Native American archaelogy and is
remembered today for his excavations of North American Indian mounds and cemeteries in the
southern United States. He was a member of the Photographic Society of Philadelphia. No children.

Lilian
Augusta Stuart Moore, She was born in Philadelphia, PA, October 17, 1853, and
died in Malmö, Sweden, December 18, 1911. She married, October 1, 1874, (Paris, France) Baron Carl Nils Daniel (de) Bildt, b. 15 March 1850, d. 26 January, 1931, Swedish and Norwegian Minister to Italy (1899-1902), Swedish and Norwegian Minister to Great Britain (1902-1905), and Swedish Minister to Italy (1905-1920), member of the Royal Swedish Academy. Lilian and Carl were divorced in 1889. Carl then married Hedvig Alexandra Keiller in 1890. |
